About Carembar de Muze
Carembar de Muze is a Bay showjumping stallion foaled in 2002, by Nabab de Rêve out of a Chin Chin dam.
Carembar de Muze, also known as Eurocommerce London and Glock's London, is a prominent Belgian Warmblood stallion born on 6 June 2002. He was bred by Joris De Brabander in St Niklaas, Belgium. The stallion boasts an illustrious pedigree, being sired by the renowned Nabab de Rêve and out of the mare Ta Belle van Sombeke by Chin Chin. Carembar de Muze's strong lineage has played a crucial role in his success in showjumping, manifesting in exceptional achievements in international competitions.
Under the skilled guidance of rider Gerco Schröder, Carembar de Muze made a significant mark on the showjumping scene. His most notable accomplishments include earning the titles of vice-champion in both the individual and team events during the 2012 London Olympics and securing the team gold at the 2014 World Equestrian Games held in Caen. In addition, he claimed victories in major CSI5* Grand Prix events across the world, including those in Doha, Cannes, Rio de Janeiro, and Vienna. His performances in 2012 positioned him as the 23rd best showjumper globally.
Carembar de Muze faced ownership challenges due to legal issues surrounding his previous owner, Eurocommerce. Eventually, he was acquired by Gaston Glock at an auction for 8.6 million euros, allowing Schröder to continue his successful partnership as the stallion's rider. Despite his achievements, Carembar de Muze has had a relatively limited breeding record as of 2017, with reports of 36 offspring in France.
While specific details on Carembar de Muze's notable offspring achieving high-level competition results are limited, he has produced a number of offspring that began making their mark internationally, as evident from his 36 registered progeny in France in 2017. Despite the current lack of data on individual performance, the high calibre of his ancestry suggests a promising potential for legal offspring success in show jumping, given the prestigious bloodlines from both Nabab de Rêve and Ta Belle van Sombeke.
