Servus, born in 1961, was a distinguished Hanoverian stallion bred by Alfred Wichers in Freienhof, Germany. He was registered in the Hannoveraner studbook, reflecting his esteemed lineage. Servus was sired by Sesam and his dam was Dombucht, both of whom came from prominent bloodlines, contributing to his promising genetic makeup.

Although Servus himself did not have an extensive competition record due to limited participation, he excelled in his performance tests.
