About Quattro B
Quattro B is a (died 2014) ... (not specified) showjumping stallion foaled in 1990, by Qredo de Paulstra out of a Pandore du Thot dam.
Quattro B was a Selle Français stallion foaled on 30 April 1990 in France, noted for his role in show jumping and as a versatile breeding sire. Bred by Remi Feron, he stood at Gestüt Böckmann in Germany, where he competed under Gilbert Böckmann, securing placings in World Cup level show jumping and dressage up to M-level. Although he never claimed major championship titles or substantial prize money himself, Quattro B earned considerable esteem through the accomplishments of his progeny in elite competitions. Descended from a notable lineage, his sire was Qredo de Paulstra, and his dam, Une Americaine, included Pandore du Thot, sired by Turner xx, in her lineage. His pedigree traces to Galoubet A, a significant name in show jumping breeding. Quattro B's stallion performance test resulted in a second-place ranking with a total index of 130.950 and a jumping index of 128.02, demonstrating his breeding qualifications. He received approval from multiple studbooks such as the Oldenburg registry, highlighting his importance in equestrian breeding.
Quattro B sired numerous successful offspring in show jumping, demonstrating his impact on modern sport horse breeding. Notable among his progeny are Quando-Quando, a prominent sire who competed at the 2006 World Equestrian Games and the 2008 Olympic Games, and Oliver Q, who qualified for the showjumping events at the 2004 Athens Olympics under Japanese rider Ryuichi Obata. Additionally, Suzie Quattro competed internationally with Luciana Diniz, showcasing Quattro B's continued influence through his descendants.
Quattro B died in 2014 at Gestüt Böckmann, Germany (old age). Breeding may continue via frozen semen — confirm availability with the stud.
