Gerrit Nieberg is a German showjumping rider. His best-known result is victory in the Rolex Grand Prix of Aachen on 3 July 2022 with Ben 431, one of the four Rolex Grand Slam Majors. Ranked 106th in the world at the time, he won an eleven-horse jump-off in 38.63 seconds, more than half a second ahead of Scott Brash. Ben 431 is a Westphalian gelding by Sylvain, bred by Christa Mikulski, and it was the horse's first victory at that level.
With Ping Pong van de Lentamel, Nieberg finished third in the CSI5*-W Longines FEI Jumping World Cup competition at Leipzig on 18 January 2026, behind Steve Guerdat and Simon Delestre. That was the ninth leg of the 2025/26 Western European League — a qualifying leg of the World Cup series, not the World Cup Final, which was held at Fort Worth, Texas, on 8-12 April 2026.
