Jalisca Solier was a Selle Français mare competing in showjumping, born in 1997 and recognised for representing Switzerland under Steve Guerdat. She made significant contributions to her team’s success, notably winning a team bronze medal at the 2008 Olympics in Hong Kong and a team gold medal at the 2009 European Championships in Windsor. Jalisca Solier also secured individual victories at the Grand Prix World Cup in Geneva in 2006 and in Vigo in 2007. She further demonstrated her prowess by winning the Rolex Top Ten Final in 2010.

Bred by Christophe Miller in Normandy, France, Jalisca Solier was a bay mare from a prestigious lineage. Her sire was Alligator Fontaine and her dam was Dune Solier, herself sired by the influential Jalisco B. This background provided Jalisca Solier with the genetic capability to excel in high-level showjumping, which she continued to prove throughout her career.
