About Scott Brash

Scott Brash, born in 1985 in Peebles, Scotland, is among the most distinguished showjumping riders from Great Britain. A leading figure in the sport, he has held the FEI World Rank number one position nearly consecutively starting from November 2013. Brash is particularly celebrated for his historic achievement in 2015 when he became the first rider to secure the Rolex Grand Slam of Show Jumping. This accolade was achieved through his victories in the Grand Prix events at CHI Geneva, CHIO Aachen, and the CSIO Spruce Meadows, riding the remarkable gelding Hello Sanctos.

Brash's career features an impressive list of achievements including a Team Gold Medal at the 2012 London Olympics with Hello Sanctos. He also secured a team gold and individual bronze in the 2013 European Championships. His skill and dedication to the sport have made him a consistent performer at international competitions, including a bronze team medal at the 2019 European Championships and numerous wins at five-star Grand Prix events with horses like Hello Jefferson and Ursula XII.
