Ramzy al Duhami is a prominent Saudi Arabian showjumping rider known for his contributions to Saudi Arabia's achievements in international equestrian events. He competed at the 2012 London Olympic Games riding Bayard van de Villa Theresia. His participation has been pivotal in major competitions such as the World Equestrian Games and the Asian Games, where he secured multiple medals for his team.

In the World Equestrian Games held in Jerez de la Frontera in 2002, al Duhami represented Saudi Arabia in showjumping, though he did not medal. However, he achieved significant success in the Asian Games. Notably, he was part of the team that won gold medals in both the 2006 Doha and the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games. In Guangzhou, he also excelled individually, securing a silver medal.
