Marco Kutscher, born on 2 May 1975 in Norden, West Germany, is a renowned German equestrian specialising in show jumping. His career is marked by impressive achievements on the international stage, particularly his performances at the Olympic Games and European Championships. Kutscher made his mark at the 2004 Athens Olympics, where he won bronze medals in both the individual and team jumping events riding Montender. Despite a setback in the 2008 Beijing Olympics, where he was disqualified for a doping violation while competing with Cornet Obolensky, Kutscher's career highlights continued to grow.

The 2005 European Championships in San Patrignano were a significant highlight for Kutscher, where he claimed gold medals in both individual and team jumping events. Again, Montender was his trusted partner. Continuing his success, Kutscher secured a team gold medal at the 2011 European Championships in Madrid riding Cornet Obolensky. He further demonstrated his skill in the World Cup Finals, achieving 8th place in 2005 with Cash and 4th place in 2011 with Cash.
